I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. Below is my policy regarding cancellations and deposits.

Cancellations

Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of your allocated appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee, depending on what you were booked for. Clients who repeatedly cancel will be required to pay a non-refundable $50 deposit when making a booking. This will be deducted from the cost of your hair booking on the day. Cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will result in loss of deposit.

Appointment Policy

It is salon policy that I need 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the time to try and fill your allotted appointment time. Confirmation text messages are sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond as soon as possible as this allows me the possibility to fill the appointment time with another client.

New Client Deposit

All new clients are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure their first booking for large colour services. This deposit is non-refundable and will come off the cost of your service on the day. 

Confirmation text

Confirmation texts are sent 24 hours prior to your upcoming appointment. Please respond yes or no to this message to confirm your booking. Two attempts will be made to follow up with clients who have not confirmed, 1 via text and 1 via a phone call. If I have not received a response after these attempts, then your appointment will be cancelled.  A deposit will be required to make future bookings.

Changes to booking requirement

At times you may wish to change the service you have booked. For example, you may have booked for a full head of foils but now only need a half head. Or no longer need a cut with your colour service. Please let me know if you change your mind about what you are needing for your hair, prior to your appointment.
